bio

A group of architects working and exploring through architectural fields since 2015.

We are interested in new ways of approaching our environments and contexts. We take into account the relationships that generate them, from the individual to society, and we focus on the understanding of architecture and urbanism as a piece of an interconnected puzzle.

Always working in-between fields, from urbanism to communication, from industrial design to art, from digital to pure analogic, we look for ways to expand our knowledge and understanding of our surroundings.

LOS HUERTOS

10 DWELLING COOPERATIVE, 2019

Arquitectos: Architecture NRA y ensalada works
Arquitecta a cargo: Nuria Ramos y Marta Badiola

From personal relationships between neighborhood residents, through the formation and management of a group of foreign cooperatives participating in the design and decision making process that ends up building social relations and coexistence, to an entire economy of guilds rooted in the valley whose technical and business capacities of a sector still under reconstruction after the real estate crisis join those of an optional team working medium remotely through the tool that unites them all, whatsapp.

The Barrio del Paco belongs to the historic center of Sallent, with a high degree of protection for the preservation of traditional materials and ways of building, a broken urban morphology and abarragada in continuity with the organic growth of the town and contained volumetric conditions.

This project is counted from the effects on different spatial and temporal scales that make the architectural construction understood as a social phenomenon in which the skills, limitations, interests and desires of a broad ecosystem of actors converge in which alliances are decisive.
