bio

A group of architects working and exploring through architectural fields since 2015.

We are interested in new ways of approaching our environments and contexts. We take into account the relationships that generate them, from the individual to society, and we focus on the understanding of architecture and urbanism as a piece of an interconnected puzzle.

Always working in-between fields, from urbanism to communication, from industrial design to art, from digital to pure analogic, we look for ways to expand our knowledge and understanding of our surroundings.

Conceptualisation, design and construction of stages and pieces of ephemeral architecture for a festival in the natural environment of the Parque de los Alcorques in Cádiz, Spain.

Space design project for the development of the first edition of the Wakana Lake Reunion. A festival celebrated in an impressive spot, in the surroundings of the dam of Celemin. For this occasion we designed the two scenarios and the piece that joined them together.

The place where the festival takes place, has a mythological aura, it is said that it once hosted the city of Atlanta. In this project the mythical beasts of a prehistoric civilization resuscitate in the form of temples of a new religion around electronic music and contact with nature, an event that brings together hundreds of people every year in a unique experience of coexistence.

Using mythological bestiaries as a reference and a simple construction system based on elementary wooden elements and simple joints, the pieces were designed as icons of a series of deities that can be easily renewed each year, mutating their forms to give rise to new beings without extra waste of resources .

The main stage is the Pezrreal, a mixture of Peacock and fish, the second stage a fusion between hummingbird and elephant, the Colifante.
The path between both takes place crossing the interior of the body of an illuminated Flapente, the great being after a flamenco and a snake.

This project was a very exciting experience that we carried out together with our beloved Zuloark team and the most incredible team of assemblers in the world.
